Does your child do well during practice but choke during competition? Some sports performance anxiety is normal before a game. But it becomes an issue when it affects their performance over and over again.
It’s important to be aware of the stress your child is experiencing. It can have an impact on their confidence. If their confidence is crushed, it can cause an emotional upheaval that could last a lifetime.
And your child may be anxious about more than just playing the game. The fear of failure and expectation of success can trigger sports anxiety. Thoughts about what their coach and teammates will think if they fail may be clouding their mind. Or the embarrassment they will face if they don’t play well in front of a crowd. Extreme anxiety could take away from the positive benefits of participating in sports.
Of course, we would all like our children to be confident in everything they do. So wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to help them overcome their anxiety over sports? Did you know there is a safe, natural way to help your child overcome their sports performance anxiety?
Whether your child is in grade school or college, this natural option is one of my favorite energy healing techniques I recommend to anyone suffering from situational stress or anxiety.

Hi everyone, it’s Carolyn Harrington with The Art of Healing and today I want to share with you one of my favorite energy healing techniques. It’s great for when you’re in a stressful situation, or maybe you’re nervous, or you’ve been in a traumatic situation. It’s called Rescue Remedy.
It’s a flower essence, and there’s water in here that has energy in it that will help you calm down. It’s not like taking valium or anything. There’s nothing chemical in it, and you don’t feel this immediate ‘whoosh’ calming down effect, but it’s very subtle. So because of that, it’s great for all ages. It’s great for children if they get really anxious before an exam when they wake up, and they got this big exam.
Just put a couple of drops in water and then you drink the water. It’s very easy. There’s really no taste to it.
Think about someone who gets anxious before they get on a plane; you can use it for that situation. Or maybe someone has had a traumatic experience like a car accident. It doesn’t even matter if the car accident just happened. It could have happened a year ago or a couple of years ago and they still get anxious just thinking about it. Great for something like that.
Or a big, athletic event where you know somebody in your family just wants to place so well, so they get really nervous. You can give it to them before the game, and it’ll just help them play. It kind of blocks their nervousness, so that allows them to be successful in whatever they’re doing.
It’s good for all ages. Safe even for pets. Think about pets before or during a thunderstorm sometimes they get really nervous.
You can find it in any store. Most stores I guess. It’s in our local grocery store, of course, there’s always Amazon and your health food stores. And again like I said it’s great for all ages. It’s call Rescue Remedy and its an energy healing technique I recommend all the time. It really doesn’t let you down. Have it on hand in your house.
