Four Salads

Got A Love/Hate Relationship With ACV? Then You Need These Tasty Recipes.

In Food As Medicine by carolynhLeave a Comment

Let’s face it, we all have a love/hate relationship with ACV. Everyone is telling us to use it, but it’s too darn harsh to take.

There is no need to give up. I am here to help! I made it my mission to find yummy ways to get it into your diet.

For this project, I enlisted others at the office. I had everyone comb the web for a tasty recipe using apple cider vinegar in a healthy salad. Everyone loves eating salads, right?

We all made the recipe they found with the ACV dressing. Then we had a taste test.

After sampling the dishes, we voted on our favorite, and it was a tie!

So here are our two favorite ACV recipes you can make for your next healthy, yet delicious meal.

  • 1/2 – 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Cilantro (Chopped)

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Sriracha

  • 1 clove Garlic (Chopped)
  1. Mix dressing in bowl. Add all other ingredients and toss.

Apple Cider Vinegar Yogurt Dressing

If you try one of these recipes, let us know what you think. Or if you have any other apple cider vinegar recipes, let us know. We love finding more ways to get ACV into our diets.
